Rules
General rules of attendance
These rules set out the conditions for attending events organised by Asociația Pro Teatru and constitute an agreement between the Organiser and the Participant. By buying a ticket or attending an event of the association, you agree to follow these rules.
Asociația Pro Teatru reserves the right to change these rules without prior notice; the updated versions are available on www.proteatru.ro.
Ticket types and purchase conditions
- Tickets may be available at full or reduced price, depending on the audience category (pupils, students, pensioners), on presentation of a valid ID.
- Tickets are guaranteed to be valid only when bought through the official channels listed on our website.
- Reselling tickets or invitations for commercial purposes is prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone involved in such activities and to cancel the tickets concerned.
- Posting barcodes or ticket details on social media is prohibited.
- A ticket gives one person a single entry. Participants must keep their ticket for the whole event.
- Lost or stolen tickets cannot be reissued.
- Additional discounts may be offered for organised groups of at least 15 people, subject to availability.
Buying tickets
Tickets are available through the partner platforms listed on the website www.proteatru.ro. The Organiser may apply the safety measures required by law, including mandatory health requirements for entry.
By buying a ticket, the participant agrees to follow all legal and organisational measures in place, including those communicated on site or through the official platforms.
Refusing to follow these measures may result in being refused entry without a refund of the ticket price.
Ticket refunds
- Tickets are refundable only if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
- Rescheduling the event or moving it to a nearby venue is not grounds for a refund.
- Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of the official cancellation, only through the channels where the tickets were bought.
- Refunds cover only the ticket price, excluding sales fees, delivery, transport or other related costs.
- In case of force majeure (e.g. a pandemic), refunds are made in accordance with the law in force.
Attending events – general rules
- The audience may enter only through the areas marked by the organiser.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to people who are intoxicated, under the influence of illegal substances or behaving aggressively.
- Children over 4 need a valid ticket.
- Pets, food and alcoholic drinks are not allowed.
- People with disabilities can request assistance by email; access will be provided within our technical and logistical means.
- Participants who are sensitive to light or sound effects attend at their own risk.
Conduct and use of images
- The Organiser may take video or photos during events, which may later be used for promotion, without compensation to the people who appear in them.
- Any promotion, distribution of materials, branding or trading without the organiser's written consent is prohibited.
- Reproducing the event visuals, the artists' names or Pro Teatru's visual identity for promotional purposes is prohibited without the association's express consent.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
- Late entry is not permitted. Not arriving at the time shown on the ticket means losing the right of entry and the ticket price.
