03

Ground Control

Prepares the event spaces and keeps them running, gaining hands-on experience and a full understanding of how a festival is organised.

04

Hospitality Division

Supports the festival's artists and guests, with backstage access and the chance to work directly with professionals from the cultural sector.

The next step

Team Leader

Responsibilities
Coordinates a team of volunteers and helps activities run smoothly.
Who is it for?
Committed, responsible volunteers who want to lead and support a team.
Volunteer Journey

Commitment gets noticed

Volunteers earn points for taking part, being on time and getting actively involved in events.
Initiative, taking on responsibility and valuable contributions earn extra recognition.
The system is transparent, updated after every event, and aims to recognise real commitment, not just attendance.

Who looks after our volunteers

Bianca-Lucia Pop

Volunteer Coordinator

Bianca coordinates the Pro Teatru volunteers: she handles recruitment and team training, and looks after volunteers throughout the festival and our events during the year. For any question about volunteering, she is the person to talk to.

She is an English teacher and a graduate of the Faculty of Letters at Babeș-Bolyai University (Korean and English Language and Literature), where she also completed a master's degree in Irish Studies.

She started volunteering in high school, at the IMPACT Club, where she coordinated projects such as “Tineri cu Impact” (Young People with Impact), and in the Zalău Local Youth Council, where she went on to lead the Artistic Department.
